Results turned out great, your source has a bit more contrast in it but I don't think it hurts the piece at all! Very nice results.
Determining ambient level in shader(material) is an important step in lighting. The difference between your work and the reference is the amount of ambient - you can see it clear in viewing red section in the middle and her eyes. -Moon
